I don’t know why I keep going against my instincts about people. I don’t trust some people, and then it upsets me when they say I’m not open enough or that I don’t trust easily…but the thing is, my body - my mind - knows who can and can’t be trusted. And those that can be trusted are trusted. Those that can’t, aren’t.
I need to stop making excuses for these untrustworthy people in my life.
